We particularly focused on one aspect of mobile plans that their target audience finds frustrating – low data caps, and how using multiple apps concurrently can eat up your data fast. By positioning Simple Mobile as the friendly and logical solution, the target sees them as a trusted partner – one that gets their concerns and speaks their language.
